Salary: £50k + company car (electric) + pension + yearly bonus

An opportunity has arisen with a leading approved inspector, this organisation has been successfully running for over a decade now with turnover increasing yearly, they have big plans for the next decade and they are looking for a Building Control Surveyor to join their team.

About the role – You will be office based 2-3 days a week and the other days will be spent conducting site inspections in and around London. Your working week will be Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm

The ideal Building Control Surveyor:

• Have experience within a similar role (commercial, specifically flat developments and domestic)
• Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS
• Keen eye for detail
