This freelance role involves working with this highly respected approved inspector who are based in London. They require an experienced Freelance Building Control Surveyor to oversee a number of domestic improvement projects within South West London.
As Building Control Surveyor you should hold a construction related degree (or equivalent), possess strong communication skills, be client focused and have the ability to help solve client problems on site, handling these effectively in writing, over the phone and face to face.
It is highly desirable that you hold an RICS, MBEng or CIOB qualification but not necessary.
On offer is £37p/h on a long term contract, and a travel allowance.
