This career opportunity involves working with this highly respected approved inspector in the Kent office. They require experienced Project Managers to join them, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of projects for a varied client base to include commercial and residential new build schemes, as well as domestic improvement projects within Sussex.

As Project Manager you will have the opportunity to assist in the success of the office and company, possess strong communication skills, be able to support colleagues, have great client facing skills, have the ability to help solve client problems that occur on site in relation to Building Regulations, handling these effectively in writing, over the phone and face to face.

It is highly desirable that you hold or are working towards an RICS, ABE or equivalent qualification, have experience as a Building Control Project Manager working for an approved inspector or Local Authority.
