They believe that the duties and responsibilities of their Clerk Of Works are a key factor in delivering the quality homes on which they have built their reputation.

The duties of the role require the Clerk to get involved from the pre-construction phase and oversee the construction process the whole way through. Typically liaison with the Design Team from an early stage will enable the Clerk to deliver a high quality project to agreed costs and timescales as well as keeping accurate records and ensuring Health & Safety requirements are adhered to.

Ideally with a qualification in a Construction trade or General Building the ideal Clerk will have experience in delivering quality homes and have a sound technical knowledge of all construction types. A good understanding of the construction process and building standards is essential. Support will be available within the organisation to assist within highly specialised areas.
