I have a new long term contract / freelance job opportunity for an experienced Bridge Inspector to work in the Yorkshire area.
Starting ASAP, your skills and experience within the highways bridges sector will be put to good use on a busy work programme of Highways England bridges.
Highways England use the SMIS database so it would be advantageous to have previous experience with this, however consideration will be given to use of similar databases.
Key considerations for this contract job include your ability to work at height (not excessive though!) and your availability to work some night shifts when required.
Report writing is a part of this role so please have the skills and experience of writing quality reports following the bridge inspections undertaken.
You must be able to start this assignment in the next couple of weeks so please bear this in mind.
