We are recruiting for a competent individual with the skills, desire and successful track record of managing programmes of bridges and structural maintenance schemes along with the appropriate team management skills to deliver quality services.

Your day-to-day duties will include the programme and team management of TfL related bridges and structures schemes including:

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Actively promoting Health and Safety in the workplace along with conducting routine H&S site safety audits
• Assisting with the delivery of the Term Maintenance Contract Performance, monitoring and reporting Service Performance Indicators (SPI’s), and Key performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Producing monthly forecasts for the Structures Team, undertaking monthly subcontractor accruals, review and authorise subcontractor payments, undertake monthly CVR review/updates
• Producing, monitoring and maintaining Structure Inspection, Interim Measures, Reactive Maintenance Structural and Schemes work programmes detailing expenditure
• Manage the TM (Traffic Management) road space required to safely carry out reactive and or Inspection works
• Assuming financial responsibility of the Structures Budget

Previous experience using Bridgestation is essential.
