About the role

This busy new role will involve working closely with the Estimating Manager and Directors in the bidding of MEP systems across Residential, Commercial and Leisure schemes valued from £3m plus.  Extensive client liaison and managing commercial relationships is a key part of the role. The role will involve using a variety of procurement routes including Design & Build, traditional single stage, 2 stage, negotiated and competitive open dialogue.

About You

The successful Bid Manager will have excellent commercial acumen with the experience of winning tenders and managing the tender process.  A well-developed knowledge of M&E, with a minimum of 10 years estimating experience and high level of leadership skills are required to be considered for this role.

Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem solving skills are a prerequisite.
