After a very successful 2020 and with loads of work secured for the coming years this organisation have been building there reputation for over 15 years providing specialist construction services to the South East regions of London and are currently expanding their team by adding a Assistant Site Manager to their team.

As an Assistant Site Manager you will be working closely with the Site Manager while reporting into the Contracts Manager, ensuring the successful delivery of this residential scheme which consists of 34 units.

The ideal Assistant Construction Manager will:

• Have 4+ years’ experience working on residential schemes
• Strong verbal + written skills
• Able to successfully lead a team of sub-contractors
