The opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the Nation’s largest Housebuilder. Whilst reporting to the Senior Surveyor, initially this role will see you working on a 1,400 unit scheme with 22,000 square ft of space in Hayes, London.

For more than 5 decades, this organisation has specialised in building quality homes throughout Britain. Their business is acquiring land, obtaining planning consents and building the highest quality homes in places people aspire to live. From stylish apartments in the city of London to luxury detached houses in the beautiful countryside, they offer a range of services. They also have a commercial business creating spaces from industrial and office buildings to retail and leisure.

With excellent possibilities for career progression, this opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience. Due to award-winning in house training that is tailored to every individuals requirements, you could see yourself at Project Surveyor level in as little as 2 years.

Required:

• 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience tendering and running larger packages
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• Ideally cost control experience
