The opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Luxury Real Estate Developer in London. Initially the role will see you working on a 144 unit development in Mill Hill. Which is a phased residential project consisting of 2,000 new homes and a school, the project once complete will create up to 500 new jobs.

This organisation is renowned for doing more than just developing luxury London homes, they ensure every stage in the process is optimised from buying land to handling the sale. Through innovative design and progressive engineering they constantly aim to improve quality, sustainability and profitability of all their developments.

With excellent possibilities for career progression, this opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your industry knowledge and experience gaining experience of a diverse portfolio of developments. 

Required:

• 2-4 years’ experience working for a main contractor
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• A strong desire to develop commercial abilities
