This Assistant Quantity Surveyor opportunity is working on a large London Underground framework for a main civil engineering contractor, supplying maintenance and construction of structures, including, bridges, tunnels and earthworks. Their portfolio consists of small to medium station works worth between £1 and 2.5m in value, with excellent connections over their 45 years in the industry which means there will be a constant stream of project opportunities. With ambitious expansion plans, the chosen Assistant Quantity surveyor will play a pivotal role within the organisation to ensure the success and on-time delivery of the projects for their clients as the business pride themselves on having and maintaining professional relationships. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor, will work alongside and report to Senior Commercial staff who will help and support you to take the that next career step, enhancing your future as a Quantity Surveyor.

Required:

• Structured career history
• 1-3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• General Civil Engineering experience
• NEC forms of contract experience
