Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Kent

The opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected main contractor to be based in Kent. Whilst reporting to the experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, initially the role will see you working on a residential scheme worth £8.5m in value.

Operating across various sectors including education, residential, commercial, health, leisure and heritage, this organisation carries out a diverse portfolio of projects ranging in value from £1m - £10m.

Required:

• 3-4 year’s relevant experience
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• Ideally residential experience
