Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Buckinghamshire

Calling all Assistant Quantity Surveyors tired of lengthy commutes into London!

The opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-resourced and skilled consultancy based in Milton Keynes. This well-established construction consultancy covers every form of building development including hospitals & general healthcare, social housing, schools & academies, private housing (incl. listed buildings), colleges & universities, commercial, retail chains, industrial, offices and community projects.

Whilst reporting to the experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, initially the role will see you working on a range of residential projects. Not only will this role enable to you be a part of an organisation which believes its employees are its most valuable asset, but it will also enable you to encompass a role which could one day see you at Managerial, even Director level!

Required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• 2 – 4 years’ experience, ideally residential
