Assistant Quantity Surveyor Civils – Utilities – Water - Hertfordshire

One of the UK’s largest Joint Ventures in the Utilities sector. Consisting of three major, Tier 1 contractors working on a mix of large infrastructure, planned and reactive maintenance. The Venture will carry out £1.75 Billion worth of work for the next AMP period. 

An Assistant Quantity Surveyor with previous experience in civils and has a good hold on the NEC contract type would be perfect for this role. If you have done anything from large civil infrastructure projects to the smaller, low value, high volume projects, there is work here that would suit you. A Surveyor who is sharp and commercially astute would thrive in this kind of environment.

Requirements for the ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Good understanding of the NEC contract type
• Previous experience in Civils (Rail, Utilities, Highways)
• Commercially Astute
