Known for their expertise in complex developments, they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. About The Role:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting commercial operations. You will assist in cost reporting, procurement and subcontractor management ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy across all project phases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting senior surveyors with valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Assisting in procurement and managing subcontractor accounts
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring financial accuracy
• Gaining hands-on experience across multiple projects
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and industry standards

About You:

You will have experience working in a quantity surveying capacity within the construction/civils sector. You are commercially astute, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your skills within a dynamic project environment.

Essential requirements:

• Previous experience working on refurbishment projects
• Understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Five days a week on-site – no hybrid working
