Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Salary:  to £35k + package

Based:  Slough

About the Company:

They specialise in civils, earthworks, ground engineering and structures projects up to £100m.  Their portfolio is currently centred around datacentres, pharmaceutical, commercial and warehouse distribution both in the UK and Europe.

About the Project:

A £50m earthworks and civils package delivered within a fast paced environment.

About the Role:

To assist the Lead Quantity Surveyor, initially getting involved in procurement. From there you will take on key package management and ensure schemes are being delivered within the financial targets set.

About You:

• Ideally degree Qualified, or HND
• 1 + years’ experience ideally in civils with an established UK contractor
• Strong commercial acumen and astuteness
• Good client interfacing skills
• Able to work within a pressurised environment
