Based in South West London this construction company who specialise in residential property development have an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them. This role as Assistant Quantity Surveyor will see you playing an integral part in collaborating with the in house construction team and joinery workshop.

A key part of you role will be to provide sufficient support to maximise all opportunities and minimise risk, as well as this duties will include:

• Preparing cost reports
• Attending client meetings
• Preparing timely valuations

Desired criteria for the ideal Quantity Surveyor: 

• Have BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Basic pre contract knowledge
• Able to commute into Central London
• Ambitious and committed to the task in hand

What’s in it for you?

• £30,000 £35,000
• Work hours are 9-5pm.
• Car/Travel Allowance
• 20 days holiday (plus an extra 10 days at Christmas)
• 4% pension contribution.
