The chosen Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be offered a salary of up to £40k along with a package including car allowance OR car, pension, 21 days of annual leave excluding bank holidays.
Since the organisations first day, they have completed over 300 projects and delivered work valued at more than £900m! The reason for their success is due to the quality of service they promise taking on a project from Pre-Construction all the way to post construction stages. This has lead them to retain clients and have been awarded further projects.
This opportunity is for a capable Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 + years’ experience and has ideally worked on RC Frame or Groundwork projects to join them and assist the Commercial Manager on four projects that have been awarded in North London.
The role will be office based with frequent site visits. The projects are a mix of both RC Frame and Groundworks and are valued between £5-£20m. The duration of the projects are approximately 9 -18 months, however with more than enough work secured for the next 3 years, this role can offer the right candidate the opportunity to progress their career at one of the most established RC Frame and Groundworks contractor in the UK.
