Their completed projects are highly visible throughout London and the South East for their satisfied blue chip client who have awarded them a significant workload for the future. Typical projects include all groundworks, foundations and concrete frames that present engineering challenges for timely on budget delivery.

They now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team on delivery of projects in South West London & Surrey. Typical schemes range in value from £9million to £40 million for residential developers. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have commercial responsibility for his scheme supported by a Managing Surveyor.

The ideal Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have between 2-3 years’ experience in the groundworks and concrete frame sector and be a committed team player. Their integrated management style would suit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with an open, enquiring mind who can assist in developing innovative solutions that this company is famous for.

This organisation recognises the need for talent so will pay a salary in the region of £45k for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years’ experience but there is no limit for more experienced Quantity Surveyors or exceptional individuals. Also a car/car allowance, pension, bonus up to 10% and the usual package.
