An Assistant Quantity Surveyor is required to join this exciting commercial team. 

As a company they have been incredibly successful in securing some of London’s most prestigious highways contracts that will see them become a top 3 market player in this sector.  With ambitions to become the most efficient and best value, they see the need to strengthen their commercial team to ensure the projects are delivered within the financial targets set.

The role will mainly focus on post contract duties, reporting into the lead Commercial Manager.  Daily duties will range from sub-contract procurement, take offs, package management, CVR’s, assisting in final accounts and change management / control.

The suitable candidate will ideally have the following background:

• Highways or civils framework experience
• Excellent administration of NEC contracts
• Ability to work independently
• Hard work ethic
• Proven track record in seeing contracts through to the end
