Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Bedfordshire

This role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor will see you:

• Assisting the Commercial Manager.
• Liaise with Project Management team to collate Measures for ‘Application for Payments’.
• Produce ‘Application for Payments’, CE’s etc. as per the Contract requirements.
• Carry out Value vs Cost Analysis exercises regularly.
• Ensuring Daily Diaries are completed correctly & accurately.
• Ensure Daily Diaries are signed by Client Representative on a regular basis.
• Organise weekly internal meetings with our Project Manager / Site Engineer to manage CE’s

Criteria to be considered for this Assistant Quantity Surveyor role:

• Experience with NEC.
• Good communicator with external and internal stakeholders.
• Good administration skills.
• Adaptability to work on multiple activities simultaneously.
• Understanding of MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Construction Sector.
• Knowledge of the Highways Sector.
