Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Mixed Use) - Oxfordshire

 

 

A highly respected main contractor has an opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the business to work on a £60m mixed use project in Oxford, including several £10m student accommodation blocks, a community centre and some retail works. The role will see you reporting to the experienced Senior Surveyor who will be managing one aspect of the project from start to completion.

 

With project values typically ranging from £5k up to £80m, this organisation undertakes projects across a variety of construction sectors including research and development, commercial, manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, and education. With a turnover of £165m this financial year (up from £91m in 2012), this sustained growth is aided by the fact that a large proportion of their work is awarded on a repeat order basis from an extensive and ever growing client base.
