This renowned contractor is delivering one of London’s most important stations, with a project completion in 2021 and a value in the region of £500m.

They require an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist the Lead QS in managing / administering key subcontracts and sub consultants, ensuring works are being carried out in accordance with the contract targets and systems. 

Initially the works will be civils related involving major structures, tunnelling, piling / ground engineering. Once completed it will move into building packages. The project will be one of the most innovative station contracts ever built in the UK.

You will ideally have the following background:

2 years post grad experience

Positive attitude, strong work ethic

Experience in NEC 3
