Assistant Quantity Surveyor (highways and civils framework) - Surrey

Experienced and focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor urgently required for a major civils framework!

Working within an experienced commercial team, you will play a key role in delivering the following duties:

• Liaising with the client, subcontractor and vendors on purchase orders and invoices as well as the operational teams
• Filing, uploading information to the systems as required, correspondence through phone calls, emails, meetings
• Preparation of contract documentation
• Ensuring all invoices are validated against relevant purchase order
• Raising early warning notice and compensation event
• Generating and sending out weekly and monthly reports
• Producing quotations in the required format and in line with agreed process
• Compile reports as required to fulfill contractual obligations
• Dealing with Payment Certificate
• Generating suppliers’ orders
