Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Major Infrastructure / HS2)

Salary:  £30 – 35k + package

Based:  Coleshill or Southam (Warwickshire)

Come and be part of the biggest infrastructure project the UK has delivered in the past 75 years!

This organisation are carrying out the work with their joint venture partner and are looking to expand their commercial team. They have a requirement to bring in a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist in the delivery of heavy civils schemes, with package values ranging from £5m - £50m.

The West Midlands route is the biggest section of work on the project. It is inclusive of some of the most complex and interesting ground engineering ever done on a major infrastructure project in the UK.

As the chosen Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will work alongside an experienced Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor but ultimately report into the section Commercial Lead.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have the following background and experience:

  • Infrastructure / civils project experience
  • NEC experience
  • Looking to make a long term career move
  • Structured career history
  • 2 – 4 years’ experience
