This is a privately owned Main Contracting business who have been successfully running now for over 3 decades. They specialise in fit out, interior and exterior refurbishments across a variety of different sectors and are now looking to recruit a very motivated Assistant Contracts Manager.

They are extremely busy in 2021 with £1m worth of work just won over the last couple of weeks!

As an Assistant Contracts Manager you will be required to work closely with the Construction Manager ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal Assistant Contracts Manager will:

• Be Degree Qualified (or equivalent) in a Construction or Engineering discipline 
• Have 1 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Have a driving license
