This local authority based in South London are looking for an Assistant Building Control Surveyor to join their team, on a full-time basis, through a temporary agency contract. The purpose of the role is to assist the head of building control in checking plans and technical works for large projects.

This role as Assistant Building Control will mean ensuring a high quality and cost effective service which meets the statutory requirements in place. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need to have a least 1 year previous experience in Building Control and also knowledge of building regulations.

On offer to the chosen Assistant Building Control Surveyor is a hourly rate of up to £25 p/h and a long term contract with a fuel allowance, and the option of going perm, offering you job security.
