Market leading construction management organisation is seeking an Architectural Packages Project Manager to play a key role on this multi-million pound high rise mixed commercial and residential development.    

Position:

The successful Project Manager will have proven experience in construction gained from a combination of contracting, construction management and / or the commercial development sector.

You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join the team. This role will see you taking responsibility for the procurement, implementation and close-out of architectural finishes packages, such as dry lining, high quality stone and block work, timber finishes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of London’s most prestigious developments.

Essential criteria:

• Solid career history 
• Commercial or residential experience
• Architectural packages, dry lining, stone and block work experience

• Degree qualified
