3D Modeller - CAD Technician - London - (Greater)

My client is one of the leading contractors in the UK, trading successfully for over 20 years specialising in Groundworks and RC frame projects. Last year alone they turned over £100million. They are looking to compensate the right individual a salary of circa £37.5 to £40k p/a.

Duties / Abilities:-

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2017, AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017, Autodesk Revit, Architecture/Structure 2017; Infraworks & Navisworks
• 3D Cut and Fill exercises for Civils works
• 4D simulations using Navisworks linked to model and programme
• Producing Logistics Plans & Crane Layouts
• Generating tender presentation submissions
• Create marketing material creation Proficient in  Adobe In Design
• If possible have an understanding of Tekla Software, if not there is an opportunity to be trained.
• Print drawing sets and prepare DWG/PDF files for the professional team
• Helping to technically deliver CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination
• Able to meet tight deadlines and able to work alone or with a team 
• To contribute or otherwise assist as required
