Project Building Surveyor

A large Housing association based in West London is looking to take on a Project Building Surveyor for work in their maintenance department. This is a great opportunity for a surveyor to either further or develop their career within a dynamic and vibrant housing association.

The role will involve working on the clients planned maintenance programme, which will require knowledge of CDM and building regulations. The role will involve working on the associations housing stock which is centred in and around the local area.

The ideal candidate will ideally:

• Be RICS qualified (or higher)
• Have previous experience working in the same field
• Be IT literate
• Be client focused
• Have their own means of transport.
