Technical Officer

A large housing association based in South West London is looking to expand their current Surveying team and take on a technical officer for work in their reactive maintenance section on a contract basis.

The role will involve working on day to day and void properties, conducting pre and post inspections and compiling reports to deliver to the line manager. This is a great opportunity for a surveyor to further their career or to gain experience within the industry.

The ideal candidate will ideally:

• Have a HNC (or higher)
• Have previous experience working within a similar field
• Have good IT knowledge
• Be client focused and consummately professional.
