Senior Commercial Manager

Looking to progress your career on one of the most talked about Middle Eastern contracts? A mega project is underway involving large building, infrastructure and marine works. The contract is over an 8 year period massing to £50billion. They require an experienced Commercial Manager with the ability to run major sections of the work, overseeing a large commercial division. One of these sections is a £400m mixed use scheme comprising of residential, commercial and hotel units. Project duration, 18 months, possible by using the latest engineering in concrete frames. You will take full commercial responsibility, reporting to a commercial director. You will need experience in working on large schemes, knowledge of American forms of contracts or having worked for an American company would be hugely beneficial. You will show a structured and progressive history, offering value and leadership skills. Experience in value engineering is vital. The location of Abu Dhabi is a cosmopolitan and safe lifestyle. With an array of activities on offer the weekend lifestyle is fantastic. However the working week is demanding; a hard work ethic is a must.
