Senior Development Control Planner

Senior Development Control Planner required to join a local authority in Somerset on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for dealing the full remit of Development Control duties. You will be managing planning applications, undertaking site visits, attending meetings and handling all enquiries from members of the public. The ideal applicant will have a broad knowledge of Development Control, have a good understanding of Planning Law and procedure and have excellent communication and commitment skills.

Must have a degree in planning or related and hold a full UK's drivers license.
