Engineering Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious institution in central London.

You'll be responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team delivering high quality maintenance and engineering services. You'll also act as the Health and Safety representative.

You should have a proven track record in building services maintenance management within a large, commercial and client focused organisation. It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of sustainable design practices.

You're degree qualified (or equivalent) in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering and you should be a member of a relevant institution, such as CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers). As your responsibilities cover health and safety as well, you also hold a relevant qualification in this field, such as NEBOSH or equivalent. You must also be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of current building services legislation.
