Looking to progress your career on one of the most talked about Middle Eastern contracts? A mega project is underway involving large building, infrastructure and marine works. The contract is over a 6 year period massing to £50 billion. They require a highly experienced Head of Project Management; you will be responsible for running 14 major projects on a rotation basis over a two week period. Projects will value up to £300m, a mixed use scheme comprising of residential, commercial and hotel units. Project duration, 18 months, possible by using the latest engineering in concrete frames. You will take full responsibility, leading a team of Project Managers, providing strategic advice and direction. You will ideally have previous experience on mixed use schemes, a must however is to have worked for an established large main contractor or developer on £100m+ developments. You will show a structured and progressive history.
The location of Abu Dhabi is a cosmopolitan and safe lifestyle. With an array of activities on offer the weekend lifestyle is fantastic. However the working week is demanding; a hard work ethic is a must.
