Responsive Repairs Team Leader

An established Council based in Hertfordshire are looking for an accomplished Responsive Repairs Team Leader to join them. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, or build on their current experience.

The role itself is responsible for the management and provision of a responsive day to day repairs and cyclical maintenance service to the Council's tenants and leaseholders.

You will be expected to be educated to degree standard or equivalent you will ideally be a member of a professional body such as CIOB, have good knowledge of CDM, building regulations and other relevant construction and housing legislation and have previous experience of preparing building plans.
