Chief Architectural Engineer

Based in Saudi Arabia work with this international multi-disciplinary consultancy, you will be responsible for initiating, preparing and managing the conceptual Architectural designs for a wide variety of projects to include residential buildings, commercial centres, recreational/sports centres, etc.

You will make recommendations on architectural style for residential areas, tourist housing, educational establishments, clinics and commercial districts.

You will administer and supervise architectural design, undertaken by the In-house group and management of tasks related to building design undertaken. You will utilise computer and codes to perform conceptual designs. Provide support to construction department and disposition field changes by issuing DCN's and SCN's. Liaise with Urban Planners. Respond to TQ's. Review, update and prepare revisions to Guideline Specifications related to site development. Manage team of SABCO, RC and A/E staff.

You will be BSc or MSc qualified in Architecture and be proficient in AutoCAD.
