Building Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Building Surveyor to join a Local Council on a temporary basis to conduct surveys on the council's public access buildings.

The role will involve conducting surveys on the council's public access building, which include school, libraries and leisure facilities. You will be expected to be proficient with contract administration, the tendering process and dealing with tenants and leaseholders.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be RICS qualified or higher
• Have relevant experience in this area of work either on the public or private sector
• Be IT literate
• Be client facing and professional
• Have your own means of transport.
