PERFORMANCE/COMPLIANCE MANAGER

This position is within one of the UK's most respected Engineering consultancies. We need you to be experienced in the following and your key responsibilities will include:

• Champion the development and administration of PMS and Enforma.
• Champion Quality, Safety and Environmental Plans, audits and corrective actions.
• Champion Continuous Improvement, Value Engineering, and cost reduction.
• Champion, develop and maintain dashboard database for Enforma/KPI's/CDM Toolkit
• Manage and report on KPI's/BVPIs and promote continuous improvement
• Manage, report and compile data on Compliance and Performance.
• Manage the roll out and day to day running of CDM Toolkit.
• Support the preparation of reports including the Annual Report, Business Plan etc
• Health and Safety
• Coordinating audits with H&S Manager
• Ensuring H&S procedures are complied with
• Check that sites are self-monitoring
• Attend quarterly H&S Forum meetings
• Finances
• Supporting Finance sample audits in accordance with Financial Procedures
• Check self-certification KPI's of finances for schemes
