Interim Development Control Manager

Development Control Manager required to supervise and lead this busy Suffolk based Development Control team.

You will have a minimum of 7 years UK development control experience, you will be responsible for the management of the Development Control Planners ensuring that they work to high standards, recommend training and undertake appraisal for junior planners. In addition you will be responsible for supervising the processing of planning applications and chairing committee meetings. You will have proven managerial skills, with the drive and motivation needed to supervise a team.

Must have a degree in Planning or equivalent and hold a full UK's drivers license.
