- A Basic Salary of up to £34,000

In return, you will have
- Been educated to at least HNC level
- Managerial experience of at least 3 years
- A good technical knowledge of Building Regulations
- Experience with residential housing, preferably in a Local authority environment
- Experience checking through plans for defects and faults
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
