• A Basic Salary of up to £34,000

In return, you will have

• Been educated to at least HNC level
• Managerial experience of at least 3 years
• A good technical knowledge of Building Regulations
• Experience with residential housing, preferably in a Local authority environment
• Experience checking through plans for defects and faults
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
