Project Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen inside a local London council for a qualified Building Surveyor to join their surveying team. This is a great opportunity for you an experienced surveyor to join a constantly changing, dynamic environment where your experience will be fully tested and utilized.

The role itself will involve conducting various surveys on the council's public access buildings, such as schools, libraries and ancillary buildings. This will also involve dealing with specifications, contract administration tendering contracts and health and safety.

The ideal candidate should ideally:

• Be RICS accredited or higher
• Have past experience working in a similar role for a council, housing association or ALMO
• Be fully IT Literate
• Be able to adapt well to changing situations
• Be client facing and business focused
