Project Surveyor

Due to an influx in work a large London based Council are looking to take on a project surveyor to come work in their busy surveying team, and conduct surveys on their public access buildings and social housing on a contract basis.
The role will involve visiting the councils various properties around North London and conducting surveys, then reporting back to the head office. This is a role that will involve a good knowledge of building practices and the ability to compile clear and concise reports then relay them back to the head of maintenance.
The ideal candidate will ideally:
- Be RICS qualified or higher
- Have experience on working projects worth £200, 000 +
- Have a proven track record working in either the public or private sector (or both)
- Be IT literate
- Have their own means of transport
- Be able to work well in a team or individually
- Be presentable and client focused.
