Project Manager

In this role you with lead and participate in projects to improve the service delivery for this local authority's Housing department.

Your main responsibilities will include providing leadership of change management projects often utilising Information Technology to support or deliver processes, taking an integrated approach to development & implementation, undertaking project work including reviewing current working methods, means of service delivery and redesigning processes and utilising expert knowledge in relation to the law and management of public sector housing; evaluate new legislation and implement resulting new ways of working.

You will have a good understanding of issues relating to social housing, a track record of working constructively with a range of external and internal partners. In addition you will have experience of involving service users in servicing, monitoring and development.
