Stock Condition Surveyor

Due to an increased work load an opportunity has arisen with a local council based in the South East for an accomplished Stock Condition Surveyor. You will be working within a busy team and also on an individual basis. The role will be temporary, but has the possibility of being ongoing.

The role will involve conducting stock condition surveys on the councils housing stock, which are all located in a central area. You will be expected to have a proven track record of being able to compile clear and concise reports and deliver them back to the property manager. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to either come back into the housing market or further their career

the ideal candidate will ideally:

• Be RICS qualified
• Have conducted stock condition surveys before for either the private or public sector
• Be fully IT literate
• Have experience working with codeman on a PDA
• Have a full UK driving license.
