Working with this Local Authority in South West London you will working with the support of the Corporate Health and Safety Unit to provide advice, monitoring and training to all sections of the Adults and Community Services Directorate on all matters relating to Health and Safety at work, and for promoting a safer environment for all staff, service users, volunteers, visitors and partnering agencies (i.e. health service).
You will hold as a minimum a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
In addition you will have a track record of carrying out DSE assessment, fire risk assessment and ideally have done this working in the public sector.
