Senior Commercial Manager / Associate (Rail Projects)

One of the worlds leading construction & engineering consultants is looking to establish themselves within the transport infrastructure sector in Dublin. To do this they need to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with extensive transport / infrastructure experience on major civils projects to assist in setting up the new team. The role will initially involve working with the Partner on various business development exercises to build the client base. Once several key clients are identified a team of intermediate and senior consultants will be put into place under the Associates direction to provide a range of commercial services.

To be suitable you'll need to possess a mixture of business development and personnel management skills along with strong all round commercial abilities. They would be especially interested if you can identify potential clients early on. This role offers the chance to progress to full equity Partner since this division will eventually require several Senior Directors to manage and develop it.
