Maintenance (Voids) Surveyor

A leading London based Housing Association based in South London is looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their busy team on a temporary basis to conduct surveys on their void properties.

As the ideal candidate you will be working both individually and within a team to service the Housing Association's void properties, and report surveys back to head office. The role will involve travelling across the South East to various void properties and conduct individual surveys, then report the findings back to the Property Manager.

the ideal candidate will ideally:

• Be educated to HND or higher
• Have experience working on void properties either for a council, housing association or private company
• Have a full UK driving license. (Essential)
• Be fully IT Literate
• Have good communication skills both written and oral
