Primary Design Engineer (Substations)

You're experienced in the design of layouts for high voltage electrical substations and you're looking for a new career challenge, then you might be interested in this opportunity. You'll be joining a leading power company who specialise EHV substations and equipment. You'll have had experience in the design and layout of primary substations up to 400kV. You'll design and specify primary equipment from inception, which will include: system studies, busbar sizing and earthing arrangements. You'll need to be qualified to HNC/ HND, degree or equivalent.
