Building Surveyor

Working with this London Borough you will be providing a professional surveying service, undertaking site inspections and assessing the level of quality of work being carried out.

You will outline any issues, concerns and actions to be taken, and manage sub-contractor payments and correspondence.

You will hold as a minimum an HNC Building Surveying or equivalent and have a track record of surveying within the construction industry of producing accurate technical statements, reports and correspondence on complex matters

In addition you will have the ability to negotiate effectively, be experienced in producing technical reports for a variety of audiences and be conversant with current Health & Safety legislation and have attended a recognised construction health and safety course in the last five years.
